Zeta Reticulans, Roswell Greys, Grays
Greys are extraterrestrial beings believed to be from the Zeta Reticuli system and are probably the most widely recognized alien species. They have become an archetypal image of an intelligent extraterrestrial life form, as well as the possibility that they could be a future evolution of the human species, where over use of cloning and genetic manipulation has damaged their DNA and driven them nearly to the point of extinction. However, by far the greatest mystery surrounding them, is their true agenda with regards to Earth and its inhabitants. It is speculated that they have long-term plans with the genetic makeup of our species, abducting individuals and subjecting them to various tests, whereafter all memories of these frightening experiences are wiped from their minds and often only fully accessible again through hypnotic regression. These mysterious beings are thought to communicate through telepathy and often employ mind control when interacting with their test subjects, subduing abductees with their powerful minds and rendering them completely under their control to do as they will. These powerful psionic abilities are also thought to be utilized by the Greys to connect to a hive mind or swarm intelligence, which, although providing them with certain benefits, also removes any form of individuality, further adding to the cold and emtionless persona surrounding them.
Physiology:
Greys are grey-skinned diminutive humanoids with, enlarged hairless heads, large black almond-shaped eyes, devoid of pupils or irises and no noticeable ears or noses. Their bodies are elongated, having a small chest, and lacking in muscular definition or sex organs, with limbs proportionally different from a human. Although their physical appearance is frail and unimposing, their minds are, in contrast, highly developed and disciplined, granting these beings abilities such as telepathy, telekinesis and mind control.
Etylmology:
The name "Grey" is based upon the skin tone of this particular being, which is seen as one of its most outstanding and recognizeable features.
History:
The precise origin of the Grey is difficult to pinpoint. Although the Barney and Betty Hill abduction of New Hampshire 1961, popularized these beings, there are precursors of their existence as described in accounts, such as the 1947 Roswell UFO incident.

The Greys are of extraterrestrial nature. Their exact planetary origin, widely believed to be Zeta Reticuli, a wide binary star system in the southern constellation of Reticulum.
Nature:
The Greys are a highly intelligent species, that seem to value science above spirituality, appearing unconcerned with human emotions and viewing us as nothing more than test subjects, while other abductees report a positive experience during their abductions. It is thought that the Greys hold allegiance with several other alien species, either as equals or as a slave class themselves.
Modus Operandi:
Emotionless and with purpose. Will often target their victims at night, whilst they are isolated, such as driving on back roads or asleep in their beds, so as to not draw attention. The abductee is normally paralysed via either psionic abilities or technology and taken aboard a ship, where they are subjected to a barrage of unpleasant physical and mental experiments.
Vulnerability:
Although the Greys are a highly advanced species, both mentally and technologically, they are still corporeal, non magical beings and therefore subject to all forms of physical attack. The largest obstacle to overcome is by far their ability to mind control. If this can be resisted or prevented by some means, then standard weaponry as well as melee attacks would prove fatal to them. With such a frail physique, even a sustained attack using fists could have a devastating effect on these creatures.
